STUDY OF CLASSIFICATION OF STUDENTS AS PER THEIR SPORTS PARTICIPATION LEVEL FROM GOVERNMENT SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOLS OF HIMACHAL PRADESH

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analysis the classification of students as per their sports participation level government senior secondary schools from Himachal Pradesh. The selection of subjects and statistical procedure were explained simple random sampling method was used to elect the sample from whole population. The subjects were belongs to government senior secondary schools from Himachal Pradesh. 4000 students were selected from various selected schools. Total 500 schools were selected from Himachal Pradesh. The tool of data collection was self made questionnaire percentage method was to analyze the data. After analysis the results of the study were total 83% students from both upper and lower reason were found, who participated at different level of sports in government senior secondary schools of Himachal Pradesh. The percentage of zonal, district, state and national level were 41%, 23.50%, 12.50% and 6% respectively. It was also show the significant difference among the classification of students.
