Abstract

Emerging technologies, such as mobile payments, artificial intelligence (AI), modern cloud technologies, crypto currency, blockchain, advanced data analytics, and the Internet of Things (IoT) have become essential for majority of organizations to stay relevant in today’s modern organizational strategy era.

Such technology advancements leverage the thee primary pillar of every organization in terms of people, process, and technology which in terms provides organizations various benefits in terms of new business models, competitive advantage, and enabling them to respond rapidly to market opportunities.

This research paper explores various aspects of emerging technologies, their importance to organizations, analyzing its role in enabling operational efficiency, supporting decision-making, improving customer experience, enhancing security, enabling innovation, and ensuring long-term sustainability.

The paper then concludes by highlighting some key challenges organizations face in adopting technological innovations and providing recommendations for successful integration.
