Abstract

In the realm of traditional astrology, Rahu and Ketu are designated as Chhaya Grahas—the shadow planets. To the modern astronomer, these entities remain elusive, invisible even to the most formidable telescopes. Consequently, contemporary science often dismisses them as mere mathematical intersection points in space.However, the ancient Indian yogis and philosophers—harnessing the profound clarity of their yogic powers—looked deeper. They did not just analyze the metaphysical forms of Rahu and Ketu; they identified their critical contribution to the safety and protection of planet Earth.This ancient Indian research does more than just pave the way for future scientific breakthroughs in planetary defense; it establishes a profound discipline for human ethics and behavior. By understanding these cosmic forces, we find a roadmap that balances scientific inquiry with the necessity of a regulated, moral human existence.
