Through this doctrinal study, the researcher wants to help the Indian citizens to focus on certain important aspects of Consumer Protection simply. The researcher has used the secondary sources available on this topic online, books, journals etc. What is Consumer Protection? How it is useful? Are there any rights available to the consumers? How can they get a remedy through the Act? What are the utility and features of the Act? What is Product Liability? What is CCPA? What are a consumer’s responsibilities and liabilities? What is ‘service’? What is a contract of service and a contract for service? What is the Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission?
