Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are pivotal to economic growth, innovation, and employment generation within industrial ecosystems. This study explores the multifaceted role of government support in strengthening MSMEs through financial aid, regulatory reforms, infrastructural development, and technological assistance. It analyses how such interventions influence MSMEs’ integration into industrial ecosystems, enhancing their competitiveness and sustainability. The paper also identifies key challenges faced by MSMEs, including limited access to resources and policy fragmentation, and highlights the need for adaptive, participatory policy frameworks. The findings suggest that coordinated government support can significantly enhance MSME performance, contributing to inclusive industrial development and regional economic resilience. This study provides valuable insights for policymakers, stakeholders, and researchers focused on fostering a robust MSME sector and vibrant industrial ecosystems.
