In addition to being important for organisational success, emotional intelligence is also known to be crucial for stress reduction and worker job satisfaction. Employee dissatisfaction with their workplace can take many negative forms, including higher rates of absenteeism, reduced productivity, defensive attitude, and worse overall performance. Thus, it is crucial to comprehend how emotional intelligence and job satisfaction relate to one another. This study primarily looks at the connection between job happiness and emotional intelligence among bank workers in Ahmedabad, India. The decision to look at this link within the banking sector is noteworthy since service-oriented industries like banks place a high value on emotional intelligence. Because bank workers frequently interact with customers and may encounter high-stress circumstances, emotional intelligence has a significant impact on both job happiness and general employee wellbeing. The main data gathering technique used for this study was the use of questionnaires. One hundred bank employees in Ahmedabad received the surveys from the researchers. The study's sample, which consisted of 100 bank employees, was chosen using the convenience sampling approach. Convenience sampling is a useful and effective method of gathering data since it enables the selection of participants based on availability and accessibility.
