Abstract

Inclusion of debt capital along with the owner’s capital termed as leverage. It is related to the long-term solvency of the concern. The present study aims to examine the long-term solvency of the selected cement companies in India. The study is based on the secondary data for the period of five years that is from 2016-17 to 2020-21. The researcher used both accounting and statistical tools for analyzing the data. The study revealed that the overall performance of the companies under study period are not satisfactory but they need improve their performance at some stages.
