Abstract

Materials are so important for making human life more healthy, happy and easy. This is the only reasons to look into the newer materials for better future and ferroelectric materials are one of them. There are many types of ferroelectric materials considering their properties but one important way of classification is on the basis of atomic arrangement of atoms in unit cell. These classification is generalized in the form of ABO3, A2B2O3 and so many, where A and B are positions of atoms and O is number of Oxygen atoms. ABO3 type is one of the type of ferroelectric materials which are widely synthesized and characterized worldwide by many research groups. This review article of one attempt study and take review of work done by various groups.
