The article highlights several challenges such as lack of professional marketing knowledge, financial limitations, technological barriers, communication gaps, and ethical concerns related to commercialization of education. At the same time, it explores numerous opportunities created by digital platforms, innovative communication tools, enhanced parent engagement, and improved institutional visibility. The role of teachers and school administrators in implementing effective communication strategies is also emphasized. The article concludes that balanced and ethical educational marketing supported by strong communication practices can contribute significantly to the overall growth and reputation of CBSE schools.
