In work it was established that in a "standard" mode of a mass spectrometer when accounting all possible matrix effects, after a dilution of biological liquids the exact definition of all studied set of elements of one solution is possible only in case of application of several internal standards (IS) which are picked up proceeding from a proximity to their ionization potential (IP) to IP of anolytes. It is also shown, the nature of the element acting as the internal standard is not basic, and so, reduction of set of the applied VS to unique is possible. The last approach is especially simple performed by that it is important for clinical practice.
